Step 1
In a bowl, mix gram flour, yogurt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, cumin powder, chaat masala, and salt. Add onions, bell peppers, and paneer, ensuring they are well coated. Marinate for 30 minutes to 2 hours if flavors are strong.
Step 2
Cook Paneer Tikka: On a Tawa (Stovetop): Heat oil and cook the marinated paneer and vegetables till golden brown. In an Oven: Preheat at 200°C (400°F) and bake for 15 minutes,flipping halfway through. On a Grill: Grill for smoky flavor, turning occasionally.
Step 3
Melt butter in a pan, add cumin seeds, and let them splutter. Sauté the onions until they turn golden brown, and then add the garlic and ginger. Add pureed tomatoes, red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, coriander powder, and salt. Cook until oil separates.
Step 4
Add the cooked paneer tikka to the gravy. Add heavy cream, kasuri methi, and sugar. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until creamy. Garnish with cilantro.

Serve Paneer Tikka Masala with naan, paratha, or basmati rice. Serve with Jhakash Tikka Sauce for the ultimate flavor boost!
